This event is for students exploring the University's 140+ majors and 130+ minors. At the expo, you can connect with advisors and faculty from academic departments to learn more about their programs.


Major Exploration Workshops

Offered once each semester | Sponsored by the Center for Academic Planning & Exploration

CAPE hosts a workshop that can help you get a jumpstart on your major exploration. The day includes taking career assessments, discussing majors by interest, eating food, and more!

UMN Job and Internship Fair

Explore unique job and internship opportunities in a variety of industries by connecting with more than 350 employers. This annual event is open to all enrolled University of Minnesota students.


Learning Abroad Fair & Info Sessions

Exam Jam

Offered during finals week of each semester | Sponsored by the Academic Success Centers

Exam Jam gives students a chance to connect with other students for free tutoring and review workshops in a relaxed atmosphere to prepare for final exams. Events typically happen in Walter Library, Appleby Hall, and nearby classrooms.


GradFest

GradFest is the U of M's official "one-stop" source for graduation information, services and products. Attend GradFest and take care of your graduation planning needs while exploring dozens of graduation-related exhibits.


Undergraduate Research Symposium

Offered annually (typically in April) | Sponsored by the Office of Undergraduate Research

The Undergraduate Research Symposium is a research fair that gives all undergraduate researchers a chance to share their research, scholarly, and creative projects with the University community. Whether you have completed your project through a credit experience, employment, UROP, or another program, you can register for the Symposium and present your research.

The University Libraries holds workshops throughout the year on a variety of topics, such as an introduction to citation managers, support with research, and 3D design and printing.
